The Rare Apple Ice Wine is made from bittersweet apples grown in the 200-year-old orchards on the south facing slopes of Ireland’s County Cork. Killahora Orchards use freezing temperatures to obtain a beautiful, rich must which they slowly ferment for over a year to lend it a myriad of delicate, evolving flavours.
