The Cellar at CLIFF Prosecco Furlan from Fontanafredda is made of glera grapes harvested in moderately loose soil. "Frizzante", which translates to "lightly sparkling", describes this wine's subtle, golden shimmer. With its aromatic, fruity notes of apples and acacia flowers, it serves as an excellent accompaniment to a variety of fish dishes and cheese.
